Sophie Hotchkiss RMT

Hi! I’m Sophie, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Personal Trainer, and Triathlon Coach. I combine my therapeutic and athletic background to provide restorative treatments for my clients. My background as a triathlete can provide valuable insight into sports related pain and injuries, while my expertise in personal training enables me to recommend targeted rehabilitation exercises.
